Ian is an accomplished and highly effective IT and operations executive with extensive leadership and management ability coupled with a wealth of experience working with large organizations including multi-national and multi-disciplined technical teams. His previous experience includes: Trilogy International Partners, Western Wireless International, Gateway, AT&T, Westinghouse, and Dataproducts.

Rick Dunn

Rick is Chairman and has 23 years of business, technology, and wireless experience, including executive positions at Trilogy International Partners and Western Wireless International. Collectively, Trilogy and Western acquired, built, and operated wireless carriers in 14 countries. Rick is an alumnus of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, Seattle University and Pacific Lutheran University.

Liuba Sarmiento

Liuba is VP of Operations at SSI and has 15 years wireless experience supporting wireless carriers together with an additional 6 years in banking in a variety of international markets. She has overseen the development and deployment of numerous successful products including a fully integrated suite (Mediation, IR, fulfillment, CRM, Billing, and Virtual Wallet) that are being utilized in carrier environments today. Liuba has a master’s degree in computer science from Universidad Nacional Autonoma of Mexico.
