NT, Red Cross to send early warning SMS

KATHMANDU, MAY 12 – Nepal Telecom and Nepal Red Cross signed an agreement on Monday to roll out a potentially life-saving text message service.
Using an innovative location-targeted SMS system called Trilogy Emergency Relief Application (Tera).
